I nearly sent out a blank Report (the kind that goes to mods). I was just thumb-fingering down on mobile, hit the report button, and nearly hit the send button on the pop-up. This has happened to me before, too. Maybe the "send" button should be grey out until something is written in the report. I can't imagine that mods aren't happy about receiving reports with no context for what to expect, either.
