Tales of Phantasia: Jikan no Okami Kishi

A/N: This series was inspired by a completed Tales fic and a sequel that were never finished, so in his/her honor, I'm gonna make this fic in it remembrance.

Darkness, that was all he could see.

He has no memory of who, or what, he was; no memory of his name, no memory of his past, nothing, just a soulless person with no name.

But, he felt himself alive, so it good that he's still alive. His chest hurt, and his head was pounding as he digging his way out. As he getting out of whatever he is, he noticed that every, anything he touch, its feel like he's touching a meat; then his sense of smell has recovered, giving him a scent of something rotting, making the boy almost gag at this. He keep digging, ignoring the horrible stench he smell, until he finally found the light.

The moment he's out, he cover his vision with his arm, as the light blinded him from his view. The horrible stench is still there, but he can now smell the fresh air as the vision is now clear while he recovered his hearing, allowing him to look around his surrounding...

And covered his mouth in attempt not to vomit at what he was seeing.

Corpses, he see corpses everywhere, the rotting stench is getting worse as the pools of blood surrounding the mountain of corpses. His hearing has been cleared, as he heard the sounds of waves from behind, telling him that he's at the beach, probably at dawn as the sun hadn't fully rises. He look down at himself, noticing that, like the corpses, are wearing a darker blue uniform, stained by bloods, and noticed a small gash at his chest, indicating that he was stabbed.

"What the hell has happened here?" The boy asked for the first time since he's awoken, as he covered his chest with his left arm before getting himself up, trying his hard to blocked his nose from the stench from the corpses of the young peoples, around seventeen like him no doubt, before falling off from it. The boy get himself up as he dusted himself off while walking away from the corpses, before noticing something shine at his shirt. Pulling it out, the boy discover that it is his name tag, with his full name in it.

His name, was Azure--
