It was good, though I'm a bit unsure why Lili didn't just assume Azuros was a level 3+ she just hadn't heard of, I don't think she knows them all.

Her appearance too unique to be unknown if she'd reached that high a level I guess? That or the panic messing her up.

A Bit of both? Lili strikes me as someone who works pretty hard on keeping herself aware of all or at least most of, the higher level adventurers. (Lower level adventurers are safer to scam)

Azuro's appearance, behaviour, and obliteration of the minotaur is very much the opposite of discrete. Also, Lili is still in panic mode.

It feels like every time i make a fanfiction i have like... 3-5 chapters before the prospect of writing the future chapters becomes overwhelming and just looking at the document makes me nauseous.

I don't know if it's the fear of messing up, the lack of familiarity with the source material, or my overthinking biting me in the butt.

Honestly it is incredibly frustrating because it feels like i am constantly treading water, writing beginnings and never being able to push beyond that.

I am going to try and take a breather before writing something original.

Mental health before hobbies and all that.

Damn, that absolutely sucks. I have to say that I really do hope you find a way to continue this, at least for a 'short while' so you can bring it to some sort of 'pausing point'. But seriously, no pressure from me about that. If it happens, we're blessed. If you try a few times as you feel better about things and it doesn't work out, I'm glad that you learn more about how you handle things. If nothing happens, then that's the lot life has cast for this and I'll just be cheering on the original writing you said you wanted to try.

Writing is supposed to be for fun, there's no pressure or deadlines to continue this fic so take as long as you need to get your head on straight. I'll be here whenever you decide to take this up and if it takes a year then so be it.

It was a fun idea, and I liked reading what you have, but as always your mental health should always come first. Continuing this or not is all up to you.

As another idea, have you considered doing a snippets style thread, where the idea/purpose is writing down different ideas as they come and seeing if they develop? Maybe the inherent lack of pressure in the premise to continue might help? Whatever you do, good luck with writing and I hope you find something in it to enjoy stress free.
