Title Trading

Welcome to title trading. The basic idea is that everyone who posts on the forum has something they're known for, or fits the qualifications for a certain kind of title.

This is the thread for that.

When you post, claim one title for yourself. Try to avoid claiming any titles that have already been used, unless they're very general; a title for posting more than 5000 times, for example. If the title you claim isn't self-explanatory, go ahead and explain the reasoning behind it, (For example, Bii is going to get the title of Tastiest Tanuki sooner or later. Pretty obvious what it means. However, if he receives the title SuperPoster, then it has to be explained, e.g. he has the highest post count on the board.)

After claiming a title for yourself, tag one to three other people and give them titles of their own. In turn, the people tagged should claim a title and tag several others. Only claim or give out one title per person. You can tag any person already tagged, but try not to tag the same person every single time. Limit it to one title and three tags per post.

If you want to keep a running tally of what titles you've received, go ahead! If you want to challenge someone else for a unique title, a fight to the death over the internet is the only fair way to resolve the issue.

So, rule summary; Claim one title and tag up to three people per post, no more. Multiple posts are okay, but don't spam/list half the forum. Explain any titles that may be unclear.

Finally, try not to be offensive with your titling. I'll start with more than three people, to kick off the thread.

pepperjack is the Spicy Cheetos Pokemon, because his puns are dangerously cheesy.
Ampersandwich is a Br& Name Scientist, for his contributions to my old overthinking smut thread.
Valette-Serafina is the Shameless Shadow, for giving me the opportunity to make that pun by writing the glorious Nameless Shadow Quest...one paragraph at a time.
Or, if you like, for excellence in smutsmithing.

 

I claim the title of Incorrigible Munster, and anyone who doesn't get it is encouraged to peruse Wikipedia's list of cheeses. Anyone who still doesn't get it should search Google for the phrase "do not incorrige".

...Since I've been tagged twice now, do I need to claim another? Do I tag three people or six?

Oh wow, I've been spending way too much time in the NSFW section, I forgot there even was general forums where the same rules don't apply.

Uhhh, is my earlier post okay? Just talking about an old withered sith lord's erection and all... let me know if I should edit that. And this.

 

Clearly ze meant "Virginia Stretcher." For all that hospital equipment you purchased for those poor impoverished EMTs on the east coast of the southern US in that one quest.

Just a typo, move along.

 

Slight rules edit to make things more clear. Basically, they exist to prevent people from grabbing twenty titles and listing fifty people, as well as trying to keep this as an amusing back-and-forth.

As for the General category, if it doesn't go into explicit description territory, it's probably fine. For example, Valette-Serafina's given title is a bit racy, but not that bad and his description isn't explicit.

 

I also apologize for not providing other people with titles. I'm too new to the forums, I don't really know anyone exceptionally well yet, and don't want to be presumptuous =)

Lunaryon is Mewnyaryon, Who Is No Toucan, in honor of what I think used to be her avatar + title, and in rejection of their april-fools variants
Nekraa is the Neck-romancer, in honor of the update pace of their threads and the unique (but different) title given to the sudden resurrection of one of their quests by themself.

 

As much as I despise this about me, it is still something I am struggling with, and probably will for a time. I am the High Queen of Dying Quests!

I'd place Ack as HERO OF THE PORN EMPORIUM, given that he was so prolific he pretty much carried the NSFW forum for a couple of months.

For myself, I would take the title of Toughest.

 

Okay, I've got a leftover title to claim and six folks to tag (three for Mr_John's nomination and three from Plot's), so I'll get on that.

I'll claim the title of Slowest GM, in honor of Megaolix (who has been waiting on a game post from me literally since Christmas).

I shall bestow the following titles:

Biggest Duck on TanaNari, for reasons which should be throbbingly, tumescently obvious to his readership (which is almost as large);​
