I have been using "watched" as a sort of bookmark, so I know I've read the story before and am fine with the content. Problem is, I only just discovered I can't seem to find a place where it shows ALL my watched threads. Is there such a place?

Scroll to the top of the page. Under xenForo, there is 'Forums' and under that is 'Watched'. When you click on that it'll take you to a list of your watched threads, though it'll apply the filter "Show Only: Unread". You can undo that filter by clicking on it, and it will show you all your watched treads.
