Well, gonna havta answer some questions:
How old is Rudolf?
There's a fan theory her and the Student Council are staff using their position as students to actually accommodate said students via experiencing what they are, it's from some of their convos making it sound like they have proper admin authority instead of being a representative fantasy. Tracen might also be an academy or university or whatever college equivalent making it much less like a "hello fellow kids" if someone sees through the disguise. In which case she's likely legally an adult. Alternatively it could be during her career after leaving Tracen. I'm not touching a teenager so I'm lucky that it's Rudolf here. Coulda gone with Creek or Maruzensky to. One literally has a Driver's License plus car (which she pretends is from her father) and the other very visibly is as old as if not older then her Trainer.

Although the actual banging would be fairly long ways down the road. She seems the kind of person who wouldn't be Interested in doing that without actually Knowing the person. But if we keep Suspension of Disbelief and Porn Logic... Yes?
