I think with all of this five power i could even take scion and the rest of the entity, since because of my Augumentation power i could just upgrade all of my other power endlessly, upgrading Rain Deity to Weather Deity, then upgrade it to Sky Deity and so on.

I guess I die , but on the bright side a crocodile bread army is hella cool. With money manipulation, best I got is to leverage this ability to be a useful asset/indentured servant.

Basically Vash or Knives. Celestial level projectiles will probably be nice.

This could be good to mess up their communication I guess? Keep them from letting each other know where I am if they get separated.

Potentiality Lordship
This is broken. It's basically high tier reality manipulation letting the user control what can and can't happen in a given situation. Basically an instant win.

Toxikinetic Shapeshifting
I can turn into poison muck? I think? Still, seems like a good power.

Technomagical Combat
I'm not exactly sure about this one, but everything after that third power is basically filler. I could probably use some of the stuff in the home depot to fabricate traps with this.

Okay, this is mid-tier. I don't think I'm stopping a lot with this, even if it's Venom, Incursio, or a Kamen Rider suit.

Cheering Empowerment
Unless I get a power that lets me make minions, this is useless.

Slime Shield Construction
Not entirely useless but not very good either.

Aggregation Manipulation
This is pretty good. Make a giant golem of stuff. Paired with the power suit, this could be super nice. Layered armor.

Temporal Slicing
Oh, so this is pretty close to a "I Win" button. There are probably a few servants who can counter it, but the ability to cut through time itself is Top Tier.

I win easy if none of them can counter the time cutting, but if they can then the battle is winnable but hard fought. Basically relying almost entirely on Aggregation and Temporal Slicing.

Against Cauldron... I think I can take 'em. The Fate characters... ehh, I'm not really familiar with the franchise, but I think I've got a shot.

Huh. I glossed over that part. Sorry. Though I think you should include Contessa anyways because the majority of the builds still win. PTV is pretty great, but it is flawed. My first rolls got me https://powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Formless_Mind so I'm pretty sure I am smarter than her Shard, which would allow me to win, and other builds are also entirely capable of victory against Contessa included Cauldron.

 

A few ways, though some of the power descriptions are a bit vague so it would be dependent on exactly how they work.

Tatty Bogle Physiology gives Fear Magic, Contessa is still susceptible to human error..
and to quote Dune, "Fear is the mind killer". There's also dimensional travel... which means traveling to shardspace and killing her shard just might be on the table, or just fucking off to another earth.

Velocity Reset lets me alter a targets velocity or direction by reseting them to a previous one... and the earth orbits the sun at about 30 km/s. Depending on what sort of range limitation I have to deal with, it should be possible to either smash someone's face into the ground at insta-kill speeds... or just yeet them into space. Even if I'm limited to having to touch someone to affect them, Tatty Bogle's invisibility and intangibility should be a big help.

Continent Destruction could be risky if I can't use either dimendional travel or intangibility to escape the effects... but worst case, I can use it to rage quit and take them all with me.
