Every time I go back to the Mummy movie with the Dragon Emperor, I get more disappointed and disgusted by it. Hey man, I know you mentioned that Beau Swan part 2 was still ur top priority right now and it would be updated soon like a few weeks ago, but I was wondering when can we expect it by? Like in a week or 2? Or is it gonna take a few months or so?

Also are you writing the entire part 2 at once? Just curious of what you meant by part 2 is getting wrapped up soon in ur last post.

My current gameplan is to completely write 2 two and 3 (which will the finale and denouement for the overall story) at the same time.

As it stands now, it's probably gonna be months rather than weeks. I know I've kept people waiting for a while, but I wanna make sure I'm satisfied with what I've written, and that I can keep up the same every-other-day release schedule from part one.

You know the recurring problem that has always been minor but keeps growing with these idol dramas is that they're all dubbed, like, at first people made fun of the actors being unable to memorize lines and just kept saying "1231231" on set and then getting voiced over in post, actors not even speaking good mandarin, but these days, the voice actors don't even sound like the actors, like an aunt voicing a loli

Just an update on things.
I am alive and healthy-ish.
I have been writing this whole time.
In two weeks I'll be publishing a new fic, two after that will be over the top and likely in December is when the next Black Queen chapter gets released.
Finally caught up on your Danmachi Celestial Grimoire story... got distracted for months. I hope you continue it.

I just saw your post about using a story as a reference for a Stone Age isekai. Bronze Age stories, or more general later era nomadic ones might be useful references. Not sure if that one has horses or just goats, sheep and cows.

Even while crippled I gained notable temporary effects.
I'd use those first as proof as those can be made the fastest.
My ritual took about five Months of prep time. Even with a second participant doing another would take anywhere between 2.5 and a year depending on research and funds as I'd either need to redesign the first to allow for a second participant or make a different one.

No. I unfortunately had a death in my family and I've been dealing with that.

I haven't been interacting with any of my hobbies much recently, but I still think about the fic a lot. No promises on when but I do hope to get back to it soon.

An easy measure of the quality of a wuxia fanfic writer is the Golden Basin scene, where the Songshan Sect people threaten Liu Zhengfeng with his family members to find Qu Yang. A shit writer would just fight them. A mid writer would bring out the Imperial Court to deter them. An okay writer would point out this is against the Jianghu rules; meaning they can kill their families too
