Any trade you'd accept to bring Recoil up to a vote value?

Quick reminder that your highest vote slot is still empty, not your lowest. Fixing that up would be equivalent of trading your 1-slot for a Recoil vote, without needing any outside agreement.

Differential of 122 down to 16, by my count. Almost there.

 

I have a strict formula for how I vote. First I filter the list of stories down to the ones I like, then I rearrange them in ascending order of total points. The one that has the fewest points gets my six-point vote; the one that's closest to the next update (points-wise) gets the null vote. The ones in between get 5-4-3-2-1, in order.

 

Wow, didn't really notice some of the stories were being purged. I guess it's time to start voting again. Just so stories I like don't get axed. BTW, does someone have a list of the stories that were discontinued? I only know of MirrorVerse.

They aren't discontinued. They're just pushed into the pile of stories not on the voting list that Ack will write on when the muse strikes him.

 

Really Bad End is the other story that got dropped from the voting list due to coming in last at the conclusion of the round before last; in my voting post for the current round, I also worked out the amount of votes each story got in the last round, so everyone can see which stories are in the best shape & which are the most at risk of being dropped from the voting list during this cutdown.

 

There are a lot of stories that have never been on the voting list. One can hope that some day, when some of the other stories are finished (Ack sometimes seems to prefer to lauinch new stories rather than complete old ones) they will be added to the ballot, but at the moment he's more intent to remove things from the ballot than add them.

 

I'm actually doing my best to get some of these stories wrapped up so I can add more to the voting round (and finish them as well). Due to it being pointed out that at the current rate I will be about a hundred and three before I finish anything, I'm not posting any more stories atm. Just writing new chapters of current stories.

 

Also, new chapter of Nemesis.
