I swear a few days back I saw a story titled "Best Effort" in NSFW side but now it is absolutely missing. I searched thoroughly, but it simply vanished. Did the author change the story name or deleted it? Can I get some info regarding this?
PS: Yes, I am sure the fic was here. Unfortunately I don't remember the fandom which is a major pain and also if there were some extra words or not in the title.

I don't know anything about that specific thread but yeah, titles can be changed. It's unusual for an entire story thread to get deleted or hidden though, there would have to be rampant rule-breaking
 
The other option there is that the thread author might want to purge the thread themselves, so they update the thread title, and edit all of their threadmarks.

OP (Mchkng) changed it's name to:

"I was REBORN in a Medieval Fantasy World, and the Red-Headed Wolf Girl is Obsessed with me! (ASOIAF Joffrey BLIND Insert)"

Before, it was:

"Best Effort (ASOIAF Joffrey BLIND Insert)"
