[RPG] KH: Hard Day's Knight 1.2

"M-Mabel? Who's Mabel?" Syndrome gasped, his face still blue from the choking.

"My sister! She's got a Keyblade too! You have her, don't you?" Dipper demanded. "I know she's here! I know she's been here!"

Dipper's eyes widened, and he held up his Keyblade. Another Keyblade flew down, slamming into the weapon. Dipper was knocked back hard, and tumbled away. A dark robed figure stood up, high in the rafters.

"You're making a lot of trouble, you all," the figure said in a smoky female voice.

"...I could say the same." Konstantin stoically replied, tossing Syndrome aside hard enough to break several bones and taking his Hammer back up. "Reveal thyself, step out of the dark, so we may see who stands against us."

"Oh great. A weak and likely convoluted plot that give a degree of intrigue. Just great." Paul said, not really able to take the sudden dark robed figure thing all too seriously right now.

"Do you just talk like that because it makes you sound cool? Because it doesn't," the woman said. She shook her head at Syndrome's arm, pathetically rising towards her.

"Please... Help me...!" Syndrome gasped. The woman sighed, and darkness was generated around her Keyblade. A portal to darkness appeared, and he was dragged into it. "What?! NO! NOOOOO!"

His screams were swallowed up by the furious Heartless. The portal shut tightly.

Roxanne gaped. "What did you do?!"

"I'll give you a hint," the woman said. A gigantic hog shaped Heartless emerged from the shadows, jumping down and slamming onto the nearest boiler.

"...Dipper. Roxanne." Konstantin said. "Take care of Ms. Edgelord up there. I will handle the oversized piglet here." He strode to face the Hog, and bashed his shield to cause a racket and draw attention to himself.

"Here! Face me, you pathetic excuse for an animal!" He bellowed.

"Well, that seems like a case of either turning him into a heartless. Or shoving him into...some kind of shadow or darkness plane then pulling out a heartless to fight us and at least distract us." Paul said, trying to take his mind off of his magic having been on the fritz during the last battle. Not much else available to him that wouldn't detract from his ability to battle, even as he pulls out a gun and a sword.

The hog roared back, its mouth a gaping maw into another dimension! It then unleashed a massive fire blast, right into Konstantin's face!

Gosalyn landed on the floor behind Paul. She stood up and shook her head.

"The magic is all over the place around here," she said. "We'd need Roxanne to sort it out."

Paul just sighed at that, and kept his gun at the ready to pull off any shots when he got the opportunity. "So, any suggestions then?" He asked Gosalyn.

The hog roared back, its mouth a gaping maw into another dimension! It then unleashed a massive fire blast, right into Konstantin's face!

Raising his holy shield to block the flames as best he could, Konstantin called out to Gosalyn and Paul. "You two! Hit it while I keep it's attention on me! Don't worry, I can handle mine own self!"

Putting away his smaller gun, Paul pulled out a bazooka again and readied a shot. Firing when there was a good moment for it.

Paul just sighed at that, and kept his gun at the ready to pull off any shots when he got the opportunity. "So, any suggestions then?" He asked Gosalyn.

"Shoot him!" Gosalyn cried. She let loose an arrow right at the monster pig.

Roxanne unleashed a lightning blast at the gigantic Heartless.

D20: 8, 18

The arrow did almost nothing at all. But the Thunder blast hit the Heartless off its hooves.

Firing at the heartless, Paul just tried to unload shot after shot with his bazooka.

D20: 5

The shots went wild, missing the Hog Heartless entirely. The woman in the rafters laughed.

"That's the best you can do?" She said mockingly. Dipper immediately tried to leap up at her.

"What is your deal?!" He demanded. He swung his Keyblade at her...

D20: 17

His blow landed with all of his might! ... But was absorbed by the Keyblade the woman summoned.

"Good hit..." She said. "You have potential! Here's that potential."

D20: 20

Dipper got hit by so many strikes, he couldn't block a single one. He was blasted right back into the control room, bowling over Gosalyn.

With the Hog trying to cook him in his armor, Konstantin knew he had to shut it up. Thus, he decided on a more risky course of action and charged the beast, his shield still up as he made to smash his hammer down on it's snout!

Paul just twitched an eyebrow at that, then tried again. This was just not feeling like his day at this point.

D20: 12

The blow hit true, but the hog slammed right back!

D20: 16

Which hit Konstantin back hard, rattling his bones through his armor.

Paul just twitched an eyebrow at that, then tried again. This was just not feeling like his day at this point.

D20: 2

And again, it completely missed!

"Did you break any mirrors on the way here?" Gosalyn asked. She fired off another explosive arrow.

D20: 12

It exploded on impact, distracting the huge hog!

"...That's it, fuck it. I'm done with trying to attack if this shit is just going to keep up like this." Paul said, putting away the bazooka. Instead just casting Dragon Force on Konstantin for the high damage boost.

Nearby, an inter-reality portal opened, and the Condorjet emerged. "Alright. I finally got here. Gotta remember it's two exits past the Pride Lands and the second right after The Grid." Jack muttered-- he was, in his mind, setting the realities up as though they were highway exits to help keep track. There were so many at this point, even the smart people at SHUSH were having difficulties in getting to where they needed to!

His Keyblade-ometer (as he'd taken to calling it-- the full name was a long one he hadn't bothered to remember) immediately locked onto a strong energy signature-- Mason "Dipper" Pines, to be precise. Several other energy signatures were also present-- and it also was tracking two lifeforms some distance away who appeared to be trapped underground! "Hang on, Condorman is on his way!" The afterburners fired and the Conjorjet flew towards the trapped people.

"Nngh..." He very much felt that blow, but he was still more than able to keep fighting.

And he was more than willing to keep hitting.

As such, he swung once more, aiming to cave the Hog's skull in!

Paul just looked at his hands. Eyes twitching at how this had went. Deciding to just say fuck it, he charged up a Blizzaga spell to fire at the fricking boar. Just frustrated with how things were going.

"Dipper!" Roxanne shouted. She ran over to cast a Cure!

D20: 8

The cure... Did keep Dipper from dying, but it didn't do much else.

The Blizzaga on the other hand...

D20: 6

And the massive power of winter... Also fizzled out like nothing.

Paul just let out a sigh and sagged a bit in defeat. This shit just tiring him out.

Pulling out his gun, he just tried to fire in the direction of the heartless without hitting anyone like Konstantin. Feeling like this was going to fail too.

On the other side of the mine, Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl were, as Syndrome stated, currently trapped on the other side of the mine. They had hit a dead end and been sealed off. The doors were impervious to even Mr. Incredible's toughest punches, he could barely even dent the things! (Considering how strong the people who normally used the facilities were, that was saying something). "So, I can't punch our way out. Is there any other way we could escape?" Bob asked Helen, winded, Helen scanned the room. There wasn't another door, a window or even an air vent. Syndrome evidently had prepared this room for any sort of escape. "Damn it. Let's hope that those kids and that Konstantin guy can find us. I have no idea how much oxygen we have left." Helen said grimly.

Suddenly, they felt what sounded like impacts against the ceiling, and they looked up in confusion. They stepped back as a pair of powerful particle-beams cut through the metal and the earth and rock surrounding it! When the smoke cleared, a large hole had been cut and debris had poured in from around it into the room, forming a small hill of sorts. Bob and Helen rushed for it, and Helen stretched her neck up to figure out what had just happened. She caught sight of some sort of aerial craft, wingtip weapons hardpoints still glowing. It appeared to be modeled after a bird of prey, with a brown and gold color scheme. "Bob, come on!" While Helen used her stretchy limbs to easily climb atop the hill and through to the surface, Bob had a bit more difficulty. He began to climb through the hole, and it took several minutes for him to emerge.

When he finally did, the craft had landed. The beak opened up and a walkway extended. "Well, whoever you are, you just saved our lives. We owe you one." Helen said as the craft's pilot approached them. "You're quite welcome. My name's Condorman, I was sent here to find the Keyblade wielder and his group. They're searching for his sister, also a Keyblade user." He explained.

"We were just fighting with them and we split up. Me and Mr. Incredible here got trapped in an airless box. We don't know what happened to the others." Helen said. "Come with me, then." The trio then boarded the Condorjet, hoping they weren't too late.

Another hammer strike knocked the Hog into another Boiler, making it explode into a massive fiery cataclysm!

And he followed up with several Holy Bolts into the inferno to keep striking the Hog. He wasn't going to let up until that thing was dead dead DEAD.

D20: 10

The Holy Bolts struck the massive hog, but did barely any damage. The dark clad woman dropped down, and shook her head at Konstantin.

"That's just mean. What did he do to you?" The woman pouted.

Paul just sighed, not even sure if it'd work. And tried turning the woman into a frog with the trickster ability for it. Throwing the card that'd carry the ability.

He didn't even bother to answer, instead giving his reply in the form of a thrown Stake her way.
