It's a mystery, honestly. Those parts were written more-or-less stream of consciousness and only lightly edited. I originally intended their interactions to be more lewd, but how it actually turned out was, obviously, pleasantly surprising.

Please tell me you saved on a separate file before you did the deed...? That way she's not gone in your main save, I mean. Or is the Souls series one of those stupid single save file games...?

Souls saves automatically, and has no save file system, yes. I usually save to USB when I'm doing important things, like if I'm trying to make a gameplay video for Bloodborne, which is my FromSoft game of choice. In Dark Souls, I just took Priscilla's advice and left her in peace in NG+. Despite her area being one of the most hostile, after Blighttown.

Another fun fact by glancing. Was "apparently", Priscilla was set to be a 'main heroine', er. "Souls maiden", along the likes of Maiden in Black, and Emerald Herald. So by that lens, would Priscilla!Taylor go from harvesting souls/etc like a Reaper moe, to imbuing souls to strengthen parahumans/people, if desired? (Cue Amy being fed Souls~, for her Medic build.)

it's just a low-effort excuse to get Amy Dallon laid by a large fluffy chica, brought about by QA misinterpreting "people having sqee-gasms at the sight of cute, fluffy things" as "optimal conflict artillery" and ctrl-X-ctrl-V-ing Priscilla's soul onto Taylor during her Trigger Event. that's it. that's the whole story. wham, bam, hospital, Ames, desire to be smushed into jelly by fluffy tits intensifies.

Side effects may include, QA fucking around with souls~, for maximum/optimal conflict, and data gathering (if going "Up above the world so high, Like a diamond in the sky.")...

But hey, hindsight. It's probably going to lead to "Old English" Taylor, spiritually confused. Tail patting Ames... And, if fudged intro hospital fluff. Unwittingly soothing the souls of patients, like a "Maiden in Fluff"?

And to that I say *writes a bunch of stuff for a bunch of stuff* NO

Times like these, is why I say "this is why we need... a Glimmer of hope" (in our lives.) Or something to aspire to...

Like all those overdue pet projects, I want to write about. Or create, vidya game wise... :)

Hiatus. Whenever I try writing anything for it, I just see all the places I went wrong -- the pairings, the subplots, Cauldron -- and my attention gets grabbed by something else.

Maybe someday, I'll manage to finish the next chapter, but for now, it's on the backburner.

Ahhh thinking about doing a rewrite then?

I mean, if I wasn't so insanely busy with IRL stuff and other projects, then maybe. As it sits, I don't plant to update Babel anytime soon.

I only write for certain fandoms, and there's things I simply will not write about.

Regardless, I haven't set up anything for donations or commissions... yet. I've been thinking about it lately, and I probably should. I'll post a status, if such a change in my status quo comes to pass.

... Damn, now you're tempting me with stray thoughts on possible "alternate Taylor" ideas, and see what sticks. But after awhile, it'd be a "Kalaidoscope" of Taylors. Potentially stuck on the 'same old story' (except, is it with Lisa, or Amy, Pariah or even Canary?)...

But damn, I think instead. I'll stick to one inception of a potential idea nudge. And that's Drakengard!

Specifically, "Dragon!Emma" hijacking/derailing the setting, like a Drakengard!Dragon. Give or take, murderhobo burning her way into "BFF" Taylor. Or mix, stir with "Black Lagoon" logic, with a potential flower eclipse on the horizon... (PS: Alt Powers need to give others mclovin'.)

I would say, go for it.

Here n there, I write a little for it. Lately I've been in a... mood. I'm sure it'll pass and let me get back to writing that tooth-rotting stuff. When? No idea.

If we're talking 'reversing your bloodflow/Bloodbending from ATLA' then no, because most of the shit in that setting is either undead, has drastically altered biology, or was never human to begin with,1/2
