That should be 'project'. Also, I'm guessing that Renegade!Zatara is more powerful but less skilled than his Paragon counterpart. I'm guessing this because, without a power boost, Zatara will have to up his skill in order to keep up with increasing threats, even if he isn't an active member of the League in the Paragon timeline.
