I am sad that the main girl in My Hero Academia is less interesting in design than pretty much every other supporting female character in the show

I've probably had happy moments in my life, but the current crisis is looming over me such that I can't remember them.

 

First day of Orientation Week...

 

I've run out of anger and now I feel empty as.

 

First day of Vacations.

At fucking last I get some time to rest and do something that isn't processing papers.

 

I just wrote a 4,500-word essay on the mechanics of a video game.

I don't know whether to feel proud that I've put in effort to improve the state of knowledge about it (and I have; you'd have to read a hundred little tidbits around the entire community forum and off-forum articles to get anywhere near the level of understanding that gives you, half of them contradict each other confusingly, and a decent chunk of this is personal research), miserable that I just reduced my own advantage over anyone else playing it (multiplayer games for me nearly always boil down to my immense intellect and understanding of game mechanics vs. my awful tactical skills), or ashamed that I spent this much time on something that "doesn't matter".

EDIT: The game is Stars! and anyone who likes 4X games should check it out; the community is kinda dying off and that's sad because it's a great game. It's legal abandonware; the admin of Stars AutoHost has a keygen and permission from the makers to use it.

 

This probably isn't relevant but, my day literally went Hordor. As in I just got around to watching GoT today.

Um... I'm new here. QQ I mean, I know a few people from SB and decided to make an account here the other day. Since joining I've been to a few threads and talk to people and... well I've been surprised.

I mean people are nice to me, my postings about my kinks are liked and taken well, I wasn't expecting it to be treated as no big deal and for people to just act like everything is fine and it's all good.


I love it here.

 

Honestly, it's a pretty accepting place. People can get rude, but that's everywhere. For the most part, this is easily the most laid-back site.
