Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

  • Thanks for reading my story!

(I understand the perception of like bombing, but I also read very quickly. To the point not even 3 comments surface on the popular boards when I finish. : D)
It's perfectly fine to keep like-bombing stories. I get where elsewhere is coming from, but people do it all the time.

Admittedly, if you haven't actually read a comment you probably shouldn't leave a Like on it, but even that's not a hard and fast rule.

I haven't ever liked a comment I didn't read, it might just come off as that since I read pretty fast. I didn't know it sent notifications until the comment from elsewhere, then I forgot that it did. I can stop liking your stuff if you want, since I mostly do it to orient myself as to where I left off if I'm away from a story for a while
    Please stop like-bombing.

    Okay, sorry

Ah, I'm very sorry. It was a bit of an instinctual reaction seeing it on my thread. I didn't mean to be rude.
But it can be a little demoralizing you as a writer here you know?
Having something just speed through and smash likes on everything without having read a word does cheapen them a lot.
But, it's up to you. That's just my opinion.
