They hit us with Marian POV for prologue. Truly Diabolical. At least now I can plot the Nikke CF with more confidence. In other notes, I had been contemplating on changing its name. Calling it Nikke CF is just kinda bland right now.

New event has reignited my Guilty boner with a burning passion. It's only gotten me more excited for when this Commander meets Guilty and is able to give her proper hugs.

This may be late, but I too love the Bunnygirl showdown event. I just remembered I had profile post.

as a bonus, here is a single line of my current progress.
Anis slowly lowers her hand from her side, her shoulders slumping. "So this is the Pilgrims huh…" She mutters, completely crestfallen.

Ah, I can already see what the scene would be like relatively from that reaction alone. Also how are you enjoying Drake's VILLAINOUS UNION event? I find it infinitely better than the persona event.
    NewGame+Just
    NewGame+Just
Sorry for not responding in a while. I do enjoy Drake's Event, tho I can't say the same to the Persona collabs, mainly because I skipped the entire story. I'll check from the wiki if there's any interest plot thread I could puck up from it.

Wow that was a fun week of Swimming, Hanging out with old friends, and reading BCF. I wonder did I forgot something?

Of course the day after I feel happy, My SSD brokedown. Of course. *sigh*

What did you think of the Mantis event? I think that both Maxwell and Syuen made stupid decisions on their parts that led to the ultimately tragic outcome of today but I believe the event greatly increased my appreciation for the both of them. Oh Laplance as well of course.

Meanwhile Maxwell is in her deathbed. And she treated wound as if it is what makes you human. Newflash, affection work just as well if not better. In the end, all she contributed is psuhing Syuen down to slippery slope.
    Matttts

Like I said I don't blame either of them and this event overall helped further my understanding of them on a deeper level. It is a tragedy that was going to happen due to the circumstances and who they are as people.

Also saw some of the main story stuff. Shit is fucked in some cases but there is hype moments and aura.
    NewGame+Just
So I have a good news and bad news. The good things is that I think I had finished my thesis exams and already uploaded all the necessary documents. The bad news is that I knew I fucked up somewhere along the way, and probably going to be accused of using AI Ghostwriter to write my thesis (as in writing the documents itself.).

In other news, I will probably start wrting Nikke fic again after catching up to Summer Cindy events and the Matis backstory. Event. So maybe expect an update a week or two from now one? Worse case, you would get a month before hearing more from me.

So I have a bad news. SHIFT UP decided to update the main story and now I have to catch up to that too. For god sakes, I'm not even finished catching up to Syuen's event!
    NewGame+Just
Yes here here. Im still alive. Im sorry but I havent had the time and will to write the next chapter. It's not exactly writer block sinceI have bunch of ideas jumping in my head. Its the awereness that once I started again, I would lose myself and fail to graduate this year. I can't do that. So im sorry again.

Update a Chapter about Anis' background.

Yes, I just watched the Half Anniv Live stream. I rather wait until the event and the Mains Story release before putting my cents on it.

Sometimes, I wonder if it's worth to put something underneath the underneath, when our generation lack reading comperhension. Or even patience.

Rereading my fic lately, I just now noticed how inefficient and wordy it had. I will try to fix my habbit in the future.

Honestly with the gap it's given much more time for major story events to unfold and for more background to be fleshed out regarding the past. So honestly the long breaks when it comes to stories about gacha games does more of a favor in regards to the writer. Also happy new year!
    NewGame+Just
    NewGame+Just
Happy new year to you too! Yeah, personally, I'm happy with the current development in Nikke. And I'm confident that the 100k perk roll is going to blow everyone's mind.

Well, originally I thought to introduce Nayuta earlier. Like, during the future Snow White meetings. Now, I'm not sure. Probably going to make Nayuta appear in the second half of the future arc.
    Matttts
    Matttts
The thing with Nayuta is I think there should have been just an event focused on her to introduce her before Goddess Fall. Because with the way it is she feels rushed backstory wise to me.

Thanks to this, I got an urge to write Celestial Forge Side Character Invincible. As if I need more distraction in my life. And I don't even know anything about Invincible. Screw my muse.

    Spoiler below:
"Look, I already gave you a living Tyrant-class Rapture. It may not be Chatterbox, but you originally thought it was a Lord-class Rapture anyway. Storm Bringer should be more than enough to cover what you were originally hoping for."

    NewGame+Just
So I have been watching the newest Nikke chapter lately. And before I could forget, I would like to make a note here about the Spoiler.

I don't want to post in my Nikke CF thread yet. Wait until I finish this newest chapter.

The gene is stirring though, as if a single ripple in a pond could aweken it at any moment.
As for the reason why I did that, it ot to make thing a bit easierfor me to write. Unlike the original BCF, I can only spin so many diffrent plot threads at once.
Tho I suspect it was Marian who awakens her Queen gene in canon timeline.
    GrimmAbyss12
Curious as to how you found the new chapters in terms of pacing , character development and story progression.
levi, the true mvp of this segment. She single handily bought shift up another 3 months and set up the next story event.
We tend to get knocked out of the sky an awful lot. That sora event panic attack makes a lot of sense now(even more so now)
    NewGame+Just
    NewGame+Just
Nah, I think Sora's event happened way before we met Levi and Behemoth. I think its supposed to be trauma from way back when we were saved by Marian
As for Levi, I'm just glad that she is now out of the way thanks to feeding herself to Behemoth. If it was Sam with his arsenal of perks, things are going to be waaay different.

Currently editing past chapters. The word counts wouldn't be affected by it. Hopefully the editing could finish in 2 weeks. Then, I will try writing the next chapter of Nikke CF.

I started playing it on day 1.

As for Nikke, can I complain of how the fucking lore important backstory is put behind a Stellar Blade collab? Fucking why? It's just like Nier with Nimphs all over again.

    What the fuck is Evergreen?
    GrimmAbyss12
Evergreen is an anti aging injection first mentioned by name in the event "for-rest" .( It was Trina's event)

Teaser for Nikke CF Next next chapter. Anything in this can be edited in the future update:

"So, how's the mission, Sam Sam? I'm sure now you can give me a better explanation than what you gave during our call. So, spill it. I don't want to waste time dealing with you."

    NewGame+Just
"Details, Sam Sam. Don't give me those filtered-after-action lines. Tell me what really happened. And don't waste my time with fluff."

"I refuse. We haven't talked about the deal we've agreed to. Let's talk about those first."

Once again, still alive here. Busy for the next few weeks as I try to finish my papers. The new chapter for Nikke CF haven't finished yet. I want to make it wrap up Chatterbox arc, so I could start writting the base building arc.

If you want to know about the progress, ehh, I'm researching more about Rapi's past, and doing the new story and event.
