        Specifically, it was the Babylon 5 Empire Quest "Splintered Circle". Wherein the GM did not (and still didn't, after the first spectacular fail a good while back) learn how to actually work nation games. Or the particular consequences/etc. of player handling and more... especially when his actions comes off as either screwing players over, or railroading, or worse (having no clue wtf he's doing /again/).
