    Since soul-searching and self-reflect is a major theme in this Bleach fic, perhaps its time for Tanya to learn that she's far from "rational" as she think she is, that she was no different than the MC from "Rational!, Logic! Smart!" fanfics, and people arent thinking in same way as her, especially since she still based it in Japanese Office Cultures, with all the galore of rules, unspoken rules, and stress.
