In most cases its a two way interaction, and today I somehow manage to end up with Willow Shne from RWBY being a yandere mom that hired a platoon of best bounty hunters money could buy, hunting down waifus of the series to make them part of a harem for her son. Its fun.

Hm... Dunno how well you know the Franchise. But it would be pretty cool to have a 'Guild of Gamers: The Demon' then have someone SI/Isekai into BtVS as a Demon, working their way up in power and ruining EVERYONE's plans. The PTB, The Senior Partners, The First Evil, etc...
Maybe a 'Guild of Gamers: The Titan' with a MC in Azeroth, or in PJO or something...
