Character bloat is a serious problem in crossover type stories. Is there a means to solve this problem outside of just reducing the amount of actors in each story arc, or is this just gonna be a problem that plagues the majority that caters towards multiple settings?
I used to think "murderhobo" is bad story telling, but I've come to realize it's bad dungeonmastering instead. If people know that you kill all your problems and you cannot be stopped, then they stop trying to be your problems and try to be your solutions, or they plot deeper. Showing that interaction is great, but boohoo off my rails. -
