TBH Wanda's method of multiverse travel in the Doc Strange movie is pretty good if it's for wish fulfillment and fanfics. For example, Biigoh A goes to sleep and wakes up as Biigoh Konosuba, and then kidnaps a Yunyun back to Universe A.
