    I did watch one short story video where the twist had been that as male 1 and female 1 faced what seemed like an insurmountable obstacle, female 1 turned to male 1 and was like, did you forget what my name was? and then the meme/meta effect was her overcoming it because she's who she is, or what she's called

I could see it happening in an English series with a female lead named Mary Sue, though that name is kind of dated compared to Liu Ruyan, which has only really risen due to the overwhelming number of short stories (written by humans and AI) turned into video on douyin/bilibili/youtube
