    So, as part of anti-spam measures, we have all posts made by users with 0 posts in a thread be approved by a mod. Those posts for approval get put into a queue for the mods to approve. I saw this in the queue, so thought I'd answer.

    Is it okay to make political parodies in fanfiction? Like having a dude named "Poutine Beaver" defeat "John Pooduea" in the elections?

    Does rule 8 ban all modern political slang like "DEI" and "woke?" Can a character still use those terms like a RWBY SI calling Lionheart a DEI hire?

    Characters definitely can have opinions. No problem there. What we do not want to see is for them to feel like mouthpieces that try to go around the rules. If you parody current events, it may feel like a mouthpiece if we can associate to it immediately so you probably should avoid that.

    I have a friend who posted a Quest in the NSFW section of the forum, one which crosses Gundam SEED with cyberpunk, and I'm helping him write it. So, we're currently wondering which sub-forum of QQ would be the right fit for a vote on the rest of the Combat Party for this particular Quest. Would it be NSFW Questing or NSFW Q&R Index?
