The pic with Hope confused me and I really need to finish more Final Fantasy games.
So far I am the only one with a method to Directly Counter Xehanort shenanigans and yet I am the weakest so far and gonna get stomped if left alone

Are guns a normal thing here? Because I remember it being so in the game I played, if, limited to to a powerful single shot weapon.
Only specific Jobs can use them. One Moogle Job, one Human Job.

Also, they seem limited to single-shot. Rifles and pistols, no assault rifles.

Mechanist. Their skills mostly involve aimed, diabling shots.
Yup, the character I have in mind is PRETTY good at precise accurate shots.
Doesn't have machine guns or anything most guns are shot-reload-shot kind of thing
My character is kinda one too but has Super summon Gun fused to her Arm so....
As payback she can't learn any other magic than summon and is weak to all types of magic
It's kinda like...a mix of, a one shot, old fashioned gun that does a lot of damage, with great accuracy, and also an array of special item crafting...if, that is also a skill
Damn, I'm going to need to buckle down and learn some of this...
Yeah Its mostly a Support Moveset- Ie Status Effect to harass enemies

Well I'm having a little trouble deciding what skills to choose...the 'Gunsmanship' one looked perfect, but, it's only for Moogles in the Gunner class.

Alright! I guess I've got everything I need.
Spoiler: My Character
Name: Fremy Speeddraw
Species: Hume (Mixed?)
Series: Rokka no Yuusha
To describe Fremy in four words, calm, levelheaded, distant, and mistrustful, due to meeting a number of less than than kind individuals growing up, she has only been a wanderer for most of her life and so she’s socially awkward.
She is uncaring of her disfigurement, a amber yellow beatial eye, and rough ridges with a small horn, hidden by her attire. Because of her awkward social experiences, she would rather shoot a potential enemy than ally with a potential friend, she’s numb to the world around her because of this mindset she has to adapt.
She was never really accepted in her village where she grew up, because of her blend of inhuman nature of her face she was excluded from other groups. Earning enough money, she took the first carriage out, learning what she could do with a stolen rifle taken from the guards, and perfecting her aim on the road. She would even experiment with more, volatile weapons, if she needed something with a little less precision.
Weapon: Single shot rifle.
Other: Has mixed blood, with what isn’t certain.
She seems a bit underpowered unless that rifle is extrmely powerful.

No power level was specified, if memory serves, but most people seem to have a decent range of skills in a relatively advanced class. I'd say they range between middle-low level and middle-high level.
I...don't know how to plan these things out well...
I'm waiting for the GM to give me advice directly, maybe then I can figure out what to do.

Beyond that, I will agree that YC is a tad underpowered, unless you'd prefer her to be that way. The things you've listed are fine as part of an overall skillset, which you should put down, probably related to 'Snipe', or whatever name you'd prefer to put in there, and put the two under that I won't stop you as it is, but if you'd prefer to give her a boos then I won't object either.
Okay so you focused on Quick Draw and Hot Shot Trees. That means Fremy is a Quick Attacker Focused on Delivering High Amount of Damage on a Short Amount of Time
Probably with a Piercing Defense Focus and High Chance of Criticals+Critical Damage going even higher ( like say 200% is the normal Fremy does 250% for example) so
Gauss Barrel (Mode Change)
Dexterity Related and The Reload Faster for related skills
From the Archer
Hawk's Eye (Increases Dexterity by 15% and guarantees that all attacks land) Since SNIPER
Keen Flurry (Parrying with the Rifle)
From what I understood you don't pick 2 skills, you pick 2 skill categories. So for example you could pick the gunmanship category that would grant you all of these skills: http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Gunmanship

Pretty sure grenades fall under this
It would even fit since looks like Fremy runs Solo all the time so she being self-sustaining would make sense and grenades also fall under that
Well, is it a Ability of an ability category? I don''t want to make the same mistake.
If you want to use it as an ability category, that would be alright (For different types of explosives and other items)
