Everyone from QQ wake up as their Avatar, what's the first thing we do in real life?

I have become Mega Man X.

As a wise man once said, "With Great Power, come Great Responsibilities." So I guess this means I have to live up to my User Name and try to keep the all new power mad people with super powers in check or something, as well as be on look out for any new Sigmas.
It'd be really fun if you just started hunting down self proclaimed sigma males.

Short answer is try to figure out how lore accurate I am and enjoy my better body

Long answer

As for me, I'd be Lea from crosscode. As an Evotar I'd become a program with a body in RL made of instant matter and be functionally immortal but mute like the character. I'd get a weakness to deep water breaking my body apart and teleporting me to the last near safe land I've stepped on. I could probably still swim in shallow pools tho and maybe code myself some instant matter water.

Since crosscode is in the lore of the game, a game that takes place on a real planet via instant matter IRL, there would be two paths becoming Lea could take. Either I'm just a program hat can learn to make stuff or all the in game in game lore comes true too and I could give out actual powers to people. I assume it'd be a mic of both where I'm a program yes but I also have power and could eventually learn to code stuff into reality with instant matter.

I'd probably try to figure how to make more instant matter and maybe bring cross worlds stuff into IRL maybe make stuff like the in game dungeons since it would suck not being able to eat again. I assume my code would be stored somewhere in my home or just a giant computer stack spawns and I'd have to be defend it.

Like if I woke up as Toshino Kyoko in her world I'd be delighted, then proceed to live life as her while severely cutting back on the harassment.

If I woke up as her here right now I'd have actually no idea what to do about suddenly being in the body of a Japanese teenage girl, I'd probably... actually I have no idea. I guess flee to an embassy, try to get people to think I was trafficked or something to get new papers. I'm not going to particularly have a fun time trying to convince people I'm still me.

Try and fail to suck my dick, and after that probably try and monetize my blue and very sexy body.

New avatar so new post and the answer is:

Be fluffy and magnificent.

Maybe start a cult

Just found this thread and, well…
I'm literally a cure for cancer, if any nations intelligence agencies find me I'm fucked. So I start finding a nice place to hide my immortal ass until medicine has advanced to the point that I am not needed

That's not how it would work. At most they'd go "charge a few million for it" but even there it's rather unlikely.

Cancer makes very little money, all things considered. It's overall a money loser. People dead from cancer can't pay insurance, after all, and for socialized healthcare countries... wouldn't they also prefer to not pay for cancer patients? Healthcare providers (and activists tbh) like stable chronic problems, think Depression, ADHD, or schizophrenia. Individual treatments are cheaper, but that's a "customer" for life rather than just a few months and they will still be in the workforce paying into the system.

Legitimately a bigger risk would be if the character could cure the flu and all its variants permanently, vaccines make so much money. Or diabetes.

Do what Justinian did OTL but I will go haywire on sanitation and health infrastructure for the coming Plague of Justinian. Expand only in North Africa and the South of Italy, maybe take Sardinia and Corsica. Wait for the Lombards to invade the Ostrogoths and when they get their shit kicked in, maybe go forward and take Northern Italy. The Romans, Ostrogoths and other people there would welcome my boy Belisarius as a liberator rather than as an enemy.

No, the issue is I am not just a cancer cure, but effectively a god. My Pfp is Nia from Xc2, and
as one of only two perfect flesh eaters she is nigh immortal, and as well as that she is by far the strongest healer in existance because of it, to the point that she can resurect the recently deceased and actively out heal a weakened god of destruction. The risk is, literally Nias canon backstory was she got experimented on by a rich politician trying to keep his daughter alive, and then she realized far later that it worked but he (the politician) never realized it cause she was branded as a flesh eater and hunted down

so not a risk IRL.

I feel like you underestimate how far a lot of American politicians are willing to go to protect their power, and then add the fact that I'm basically a fountain of youth on top? It's not nescesarily that they want to remove me to protect profits, it's that the fear of death will cause people to go to ridiculous lengths to control or contain something that grants power over that. If that isn't enough to convince you than I suggest you look into just how much money has been poured into cryostasis like technology as a last ditch attempt at survival. Plus, the bigger issue is Nia is a spectacular healer, but not a great fighter, unlike most other xc2 characters, meaning I don't have a great avenue to defend myself using said powers either.

Okay but like... why not just pay you?

Dog, Nia can literally just turn people into cancerballs with a touch (this is what she did to Malos near the end of XB2).

Her powers work at the level of cellular manipulation, to the point that she could literally rewrite the cells and rework them to the desire of the one wielding them. There's theories that she could have been how certain couples could have children post-2 and whatnot. I think you're deeply underestimating what Nia can do.

The bigger issue is ranges. We know from Xc3 that Nia is killed of her core is destroyed, and I'm pretty sure a high velocity round could theoretically do that (not sure if they have a proper equivalent in xc2 but I'd say D/J's spike shots come close). Nia never shows the ability to do anything beyond the range of a few meters or so. At that range she is effectively god, but that is still a pretty sever limitation
