Yes, AI's good at brainwashing. From my point of view that's an additional reason to smash the AI and deprogram the cultists.
 
For-profit AI slop is how a writing community like this gets drowned in encroaching tides of foul-smelling low-effort garbage.
Ideally a start would be a formal declaration by staff that AI slop is not welcome, even if (for purity-spiral, false-accusation and enforcement reasons) it's not going to be enforced super aggressively.
