It's worse as the real ruby is dead alongside tai. The worm took ruby form, memories even dna, everything that make ruby, ruby. But something went wrong, Ruby silver eyes effected the copy and they are effectively sealing the true form and letting ruby memories. Take fully over, kinda like Sasword in kabuto but instead of ego holding the worm back its magic eyes that doing it.
Now the worse part Yang is the only one that knows what vaguely happened. And she will make sure her sister will be safe. No matter what.
