    The title, Toji Fushiguro is dropped into Brockton Bay the Day after the bank robbery, with his mission being to beat up and defeat ever Parahuman in the city Within a week.



    No outside interference or calling for aid, only resources available in the city are available.



    Toji has a kill order and every Parahuman is willing to kill him, outside of that everyone is in character.



    Toji has his cursed spirit with all his weapons and is in his prime, he has some/general knowledge or whatever knowledge he learns himself While in Brockton, he's motivated by a one billion dollar reward if he succeeds and is in character.

    • Tojo perception blitzes and goes home for lunch. The only parauhumans with armour (kaiser hookewolf armsmaster) can be easily ripped through. Lung will die before he can ramp up, and failing that soul split katana. The rest at cannon fodder
     
    Toji easily wipes brokton bay. finding them is the tricky part. Coil for example would be real hard to pin down and while the parahumans apart of gangs he can take out easily, getting through the goons would give them time to run away
