The primary reason I prefer Prototype over Infamous (other than the fact that Infamous is exclusively on a console I've never owned) is because my favorite horror movie of all time is John Carpenter's The Thing, and so any sort of game where you basically play as the monster from that movie is inherently appealing to me. This is a bit awkward to help with because while I try and keep an eye on it for the art my knowledge of story sources isn't great. I know there's someone on twitter who does Japanese translations of story events. The last origin fan wiki meanwhile seems to have translations in english but no videos. If you speak korean there a site that has a google doc that's basically every scene from the game in one spot but well, it's in Korean.
Yeah there's only so much you can do to try and follow a game in a different language without using that. Though I just cheesed it by copying Last Origin story from the korean wiki. Google translate is generally your friend for this sort of thing though.
