You need a post on the main forum (not a profile), that post approved by a mod, and to wait ~20 minutes for the system to activate your account. It's an anti-spambot measure.

I hope you're planning to write your "The Brockton Bay's Hope" idea one day, because: (An OC with Danganronpa tech as a tinker and Nagito's personality lands in Brockton Bay, introducing a city-wide killing game for every villain and becoming Brockton's 'ultimate hope') sounds like a very interesting idea that has a lot of potential
