Any thoughts on coming back to Thy Old Black Magic someday? I think there's potential in an out of context character in a professorial position to be really interesting and I've only seen it done a couple other times.

To be clear, in both cases there was explicit backing from the top - I appealed one of the SB infractions all the way up to the Admins, and some of the SV ones were from co-owner Ford Prefect himself. And, well, purging one's own forum of dissidents isn't against the law, so "report them to the FBI!" would not have worked.

hi, sorry for posting this here instead of the story thread but that thread is inactive. I just wanted to let you know that the character images for the thread Infinity Guild Master are broken. I was still able to get them to work when i removed img3 from the link but otherwise its broken. Also figure i should mention that any of your stories on SV that have character images that i have looked at are also broken.

Xu Zhu is a strange character in Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils; considered one of the 3 protagonists, he got everything handed to him, but he liked to ruin things. Quintuplets who wanted to stay together for their whole life and marry one man? He split them up, handed them out to Duan Yu's followers. Men of the 36 caves who killed hundreds of women? He pardoned them.

All his strength he gained through stealing from other people at opportune times, but never was he thankful for what he gained. Yes, he was molded by buddhist teachings, but that doesn't excuse him for hurting those who were kind to him and being kind to those who were hostile to him. It really makes no sense that this kind of character is a protagonist.
