Looking back, Zabuza was probably suicidal already when he met Kakashi. Like, even if we don't look at the power creep later in the series, there's no reason to fight against Team 7 one at a time, or feed moves to them (ie. letting random(?) genin break his hold on Kakashi). He "killed his entire class", "assassinated the mizukage", etc. he's clearly feeling hopeless, depressed. It's really kind of sad.

But he's so uneducated, like all ninja are, having no high school or college, so he probably couldn't break out of the medieval mindset of "ninjas are tools", "mission above your life", "loyalty to clients", etc. which is what would corner him into being so hopeless that he didn't even save Haku.

Alternatively, he's a tsundere for Haku...

But anyway, it's really weird to see people writing him in this Wave Country Arc as actually trying to kill their MC or whatever, he's just so sad, I can't see him actually killing anyone lmao
You know, there's a tree in front of my house. It's been sagging slowly but surely for years. Now the neighbor put Christmas lights on it to tell people there's a tree there. Laughed myself at the absurdity of the sight.
Rocks looks uglier than I expected, you know, but now there's also a Davy family, it feels like devil fruits aren't so mythical after all
Someone should make a Zelda story with a Gerudo King protagonist who decides to ensure the first ever Gerudo Zelda is born.

Or to put it in blunter terms - a Gerudo King who cucks the King of Hyrule before they get a chance to sire a daughter of their own.
So is These Eyes are all I Need dead? Cause i absolutely loved it and would love to see more

I'm glad to hear that you liked it. And no, its not dead, just on hiatus, as chapter 8 is still a work on progress. That said, I do plan on posting an outline (sometime soon) for the chapter so readers have something to chew on while I work on getting the chapter finished, its been long enough and you guys do deserve some notice.
Howdy! I got a few likes in Radiant Rebirth (hollow knight X rwby) and found my old comments. Are you enjoying Silksong?
I bet you're ignoring Silksong fanfiction for now, but I bet you've run into fanart, with or without spoilers.

Hey there! I actually haven't started Silksong yet, though the game is already downloaded. I'm doing another Elden Ring playthrough at the moment to prepare for the DLC. Silksong is planned for after that. But yes, I ignore any and all Silksong content until I can experience the game for myself. This thankfully included most fanart spoiling stuff. Here's to hoping my streak holds
"The famous Uncle Ben once said: with great power comes great responsibility, and so as a competent self insert, I am willing to do my humble best to shoulder the great responsibility of providing a home for many beautiful women."
Nicely framed for immediate immersion into the story venue. Your explicit descriptive thought dialog is based on authenticity. I look forward to a journey with your writing methodology experienced in an escape window of the boundaries of fantasy.
