Anyways, back to writing. Should have an update up soon.

Second I doubt that Daybreaker will ever agree. Why would she change Alicorn for some unicorn host? She will need to be dragged there kicking and screaming.
It also has a decent chance of blowing up in our face and releasing Daybreaker.
There's absolutely no guarantee that it could extend our deadline.
She has the resources of an entire kingdom. It may just spur her to dive in more. Sure Velvet has a better base knowledge of what to look for, but money and resources can go a long way.
Are we sure the Worm had full control? Cause Daybreaker spawning in Celestia's mind makes me think Alicorns can just snap under enough pressure.Daybreaker isn't even a possessing entity, she's just a millennia of pent-up anger and frustration subjected to intense pressure-cooking in the last year. This isn't like Nightmare Moon where a Worm was hijacking things, it's all Celestia here. Mare needs therapy. And a vacation.
She might not have gone as far as she could. We did get an update dedicated to telling us Harmony decided to go for the lores for real(maybe even Climb using the Alicorns?) recently. She's already dived in as much as possible.
I heavily doubt it's possible to spur her to drive further.
She's already going a hundred percent so she can't go any further.
Money and resources are useless if you don't know where to find what your looking for.
I think your greatly overestimating the chance of that here.
If anything the lack of a level 7 lantern artifact on her mind will make the chance of Daybreaker coming our less not more.
There is decent chance of it though especially for Mastery.
High level lore is not easy to find.

Besides money and resources are useless if you don't know where to find what your looking for.
Getting bogged down with actions trying to hide the fact we have the artifact.
What do we get from this. A level 7 artifact and a decent amount of bits. Useful yes, but I doubt it's game breaking.
. It had nothing to do with her pursuit of lores. Her being attacked potentially in the same place while an unknown enemy steals the artifact, which we be trying to blame on changelings, is much more likely to set her off considering the parallels
If specific members find out, and they may, they are not stupid, the fact we were willing to attack Celestia like that could alienate some of them.
Uncle Steppes has gifted you the Fleeting Opportunity "Contact somepony?". This Fleeting Opportunity will not truly decay, but the passage of time might make an eventual contact more complicated.
Furthermore, Steppes will become a Confidante if you save his marriage. Or perhaps he will fall into your clutches if his marriage is ruined, and you are there to catch him when he falls. A "Write-in" may be offered to specify how you would like to go about that come next turn.

Is it bad I wanted a Nat 100 even if it would have been morally worse? 2 numbers away...[Honored Guest: Visit the Riches – Breakpoints 50/80/120/150]
[Roll =4698 + 60 (Name focus) + 30 (Grail, Level 6) = 188]
[Final breakpoint reached]
Did we just get a new Confidante? AP hell is drifting away it seems.150 – Her cup runneth over: Take a full step with both relationships.
Quite obvious for the scene, love Edge!Velvet coming back to work. You have introduced the Lores of Lantern and Forge to the Lunar Bureau. Two "Institutional Knowledge" Manuscripts have been added to the Secret Library.
No idea what this means.Velvet Steppes has left your estate, with no word of where he would be going next. Nopony has heard from him since, either in the Velvet Manor back in Canterlot, or in his other places of residence. But a letter, postmarked with the date of his departure, arrived just a few days later, suggesting you to contact somepony for a "mutually beneficial business".

Her fate is sealed.
She loved him back? her flashback appearance in canon made her seem like a regular gold digger.Filthy Rich seems just about ready to become closer to you. But of course, a true true friend helps a friend in need, so you can see he needs a final push to get there. Filthy Rich is… not dissatisfied with his wife, but he is certainly unhappy about their current situation. He loves her, despite anypony else's opinion on her, and he misses the time she loved him back.
From the time you spent with him, you believe he has an affinity with Winter, which helped him weather the difficulties of life and climb to success, as well as Grail, which motivated him to do so.

At the end of the day though if you are going to simply dismiss any possible risks then we have nothing else to argue about right now
Well we're Mothing his wife so if she leaves town to get away from his friend Velvet.
Well Cover is right there to catch him.
I am sure you two understood it, but in your quotes it says "Steppes" will become a Confidante. It was supposed to read "Filthy Rich". And it has been fixed to reflect that.I notice we have a Grail aspect female minion who would do anything for us. And is already the successful Socialite spoiled wishes she was.
Not a serious suggestion but its certainly a funny idea.
I care, very much in fact. And if there was any sound here you all would hear me scream a lot. Also Mareinette. You are so messed up. And we dont care at all. It's really the Immune to Monstrous Appearance trait playing out IRL.
That doesn't make any sense at all.
How in the world would the Bureau have any way to find that out?
There's a difference between possible risks and almost certainly impossible risks.
Your getting to the point where your making up non existent threats that literally don't exist here.
He took a deep breath, feeling the energizing air of the frontier fill his lungs, and then he put on his best smile so he-
-finally woke up.
And their guardians would do anything to stay in the Lady's favor.
I do feel mildly bad for missing the Steppes action, but mostly because we miss out on some potential Velvet sibling bonding.

Convince him that his love was always one-sided, that she only ever loved him for his money and connections, and that he should get a divorce? She loved him back? her flashback appearance in canon made her seem like a regular gold digger.
Better just make him think his love was one sided all along, better than have him look for her if she "disappears" or something.
He might have, if we took the FO, since it explicitly would have given us more control over what he gave us.Im the opposite, I'm glad we didn't spend AP on a reintroduction to Velvet Wings and burn even more good ap after bad. This whole rabbit hole was a waste of precious AP. We should keep focused on Sacraments and Expeditions. Hopefully Steppes performs well on his Lore instructions from Biedde. I wish him the best but goddamn could he really not provide us with useful aid in reaching Glory?

Yes, of course. The FO is the "send letter, receive guest" kind of social activity that you would have comboed through if you had picked Steppes' FO. But as it stands, he gifted you the possibility of reaching out.@OurLadyOfWires is the contact FO something that can be done with our free social action?
AgreedWell, as I greatly enjoy Velvet family times, I would not consider such a thing a waste of AP, because I would have enjoyed reading the scene. And honestly, had that FO included a familial get-together in its description I would have voted for it.
Especially since it would have led to Pride being forced to go cross-country camping with an irate snake.
Tall Tale's a-coming!Also, if you like Commissioner Velvet, you're gonna love what comes next. I hope I can finish it by today.
Yep.Convince him that his love was always one-sided, that she only ever loved him for his money and connections, and that he should get a divorce?
Yep, now we throw her at Mayor Mare.Anyway, thank fuck that that will be the last time we'll ever need to throw Mareinette at the Riches.
Next is Tall Tale, then. Let's hope that we are not wounded. Also, if you like Commissioner Velvet, you're gonna love what comes next. I hope I can finish it by today.
