The real question i have to then pose is which studio should get RWBY?

Because we already got a Japanese anime reboot in Ice Queendom. And that took the Oum Curse full blast.

It wasn't the revival the FNDM were so sure would save RWBY and it was from god tier MAPPA.

That's because CRWBY still interfered and Blake's VA caused online drama because she's a stupid drama queen.
 
Doesn't answer the question. All we know is MAPPA is not likely going to touch it.

So who's a possibility?
