      Yes I'm reading that one myself as well coincidentally :D

      Another good one, but on a long hiatus, is Climbing the Ladder (Baelish SI), the uplift is not the main focus but it is a strong secondary element and well done. And it's just great overall.

      The Blacks, the Greens and the Reds I think has some uplift too but it is even more secondary, it's mainly a political SI. But on the upside it is nearing completion.

        all of them on spacebattles i think (the name of the sea snake is actually High Tide though). But those are the ones that get updates every so often. If you don't mind reading completed/dropped fics then there's a TON of old ones for you to dig on

        I was actually curious myself to get recommends for such fics but it seems I know the most here ;)

        A Farmer's Tale is imho the gold standard for those kind of stories.

        Deeds Not Words might be the runner up.

        Unfortunately, both are abandoned. Or rather DNW updates so slowly it might as well be. Also if you want pure uplift wank there is also the Seylise SI.

        A Farmer's Tale was awesome until it focused so much into the war and conquering Essos, for me. I think expanding the scope of the story so much is what ended up killing it. The Selyse SI is great, but i haven't seen an update in like a year+. Right now the obvious choice is the Lannister one in SB , which updates daily almost.
