I vaguely remember the South Eastern Outer Rim being an early territory of the future New Republic. By kicking it off early and getting stomped that likely deprives the future New Republic of a critical early support base.
Yeah those Outer Rim worlds are frakked. That level of depopulation and infrastructure damage are going to set those worlds on the path of decline and destitution. Whether by cruelty by the Empire, or apathy and lack of resources by the New Republic, these worlds are unlikely to be rebuilt for this generation at minimum.
At least Thorne and Darna have managed to form a decent working relationship. Maybe not friendship as either would be willing to admit.

Well the price of Twilek slaves just skyrocketed from lack of future supply. Sounds a bit cynical, but that may have an impact on the actions of the galactic slaver community going forward. Myto is a major enclave of free Twileks due to HAVEN's activities. Any slaving ring looking to cash in on the supply shortage might be looking in Myto's direction even more.

A funny part about the Quadron is that I don't think the wider Empire realizes (or cares to find out) that all the Quadrons they have come from a single company due to the details of the Quadron Scandal never leaving the Braxant Sector. Subsequent owners of Quadrons will also be unlikely to realize this. To the rest of the galaxy, the conspiracy around the Quadron's production doesn't exist and Curcio Dynamics did not put their signature on the Quadrons involved in the Scandal.
Honestly this a mixed bag at best, most planets and people will likely self regulate to keep their planet from being orbital bombed at least in the short term. This is the part where it's a very mixed bag you've shown yourself to be a heartless evil empire that's willing to kill hundreds of millions to keep your control to the wider galaxy in almost the most public way possible. So more raids on imperial supply lines, insurgency hitting critical infrastructure and less open planets in revolt that give the empire an easy target to delta strike.
