I think it's better to read it considering the new chapters are numerous and totally different. Even the Syllabus was changed to fit Sunagakure Village.

Mc gaining the "Prodigy" Perk boost him greatly.

His Pov isn´t too much different , save for the almost puke part.

Still shows he is struggling to accept reality.

Hiro is going to get them killed.

The sad reality is that even with all the perks and abilities MC has , while he has better chance to survive, everyone else not.

Mido and Hiro are propably gonna get killed like a lot of others in the Ninja wars (The most bloody war is still in the future).

And it puts you into perspective about how many people that weren´t shown in the Anime / Manga were prodigies even , the death toll is quite high.

It would probably a turning point for the Mc.

A thing that striked me is the fact his chakra did not aument (Or wasn´t mentioned in the chapter) exponentially given he now has Yin Chakra and Yang Chakra to Balance.

His Kunai and Shuriken skills due to earth bending is understandable.
