You heard of "Rta Sousha Wa Game Sekai Kara Kaerenai"? A fun little manga about an isekai hero being summoned into his favorite video game to defeat the demon king, but he's a speedrunner of the game and has the power to use all of the speedrunning exploits and glitches. He kills the demon king in the first chapter under 25 minutes after being summoned btw.
Just read your Second Gen WC-ish quest, such a fascinatingly fun premise.
The average WC fic is pretty stale since we know the general beats to it, but exploring the "afterwards" of one of their countless children and the subtly blue and orange society formed from the harems and children of 1st gens interacting is amazing to contemplate
Sinus pressure plus wisdom tooth that needs to come out plus maybe an earache is a nice combination of individual small irritations that compound with each other.
Also a fun way to discover that the aspirin's expired.
