    In Hope Comes to Brockton Bay, Amy second-triggers and gains the ability to fix broken powers. She resets Noelle's powers so that when Noelle touches someone, a clone of Noelle with that person's powers is created. She's got a basic mental connection with the clone, and when the clone disappears or is destroyed, she gets their memories as well.
