    After breaking my brain a few times, went back to check the hard-copy instructions instead of jotted-down instructor commentary. It seems like the paper should be around 4 thousand or more words, not 40. Well, unless it's a typo in the instructions and the jotted note was correct. Doublespaced, 40K words would be 160 pages though, so...

    Clarifying the above: I've got one paper that's the equivalent of a final exam grade just turned in a few minutes ago, two final exams to take over the next couple of days, and one last small assignment.

    Then I can stop wanting to die as much, because all that's left is for the instructors to finally get around to posting the grades on stuff that happened months ago!
