    Hmm, now that you bring it up, I should get back to the grind, I've lost like an inch or so on my biceps and put on a belly again after not working out in months. Now that my grandad is out of my care, I can set a proper schedule more or less again.

    Nothng all that special, or even a set routine as things are right now, since I didn't really have much space and no time to hit the gym. Generally though, among other things I did two minute long bridges, as much push ups as I could at once without exhausting myself, generally about 500 open-close fists once in the morning and once at night.

    50 calf raises ever for hours for a total of four times a day, spent at least 10 minutes a day on my rowing machine and a few hundred various different reps with 20 pound dumbells in each hand. A few other things as well, but that's mostly what I remember doing daily back before christmas, nothing all that special and what I could do quickly in the house and crap - had to spread between two messages.
