I'm looking for stories with the main character lacking morals when it comes to fulfilling their objectives.

Have you read Gu Daoist (Reverend Insanity is the stupid translator title). A Xianxia where the protagonist is a psychopath. Not finished yet.

Lol, ok. How about fanfic, what fandoms do you like? There are some really dark Harry Potter, Naruto, and Worm fics...

 

Apartments is a series of one-shots. Not all of them fit, but a lot of them are fairly lacking in morality. Several of the other stories of the author chastity also have a fairly amoral bend.

If you're interested in games Harem (Also has the program needed to run them on the side) and Harem Collector both go around enslaving people with no qualms whatsoever. You can make "good" choices in Harem, but he still enslaves a lot of people. I have to admit that it's been a while since I played the second, but the protagonist of the first one is definitely up your alley if you make the "evil" choices.

If you want to go really bad I'd recommend Xicree's Monster. Panacea from Worm goes really bad, includes body horror.
