I don't know what this is and can't read anything in it, but it seems to be some kind of puzzle roguelite and one of the free games curators had it displayed when I checked so I looked at it. There's a single English review saying it's free until June 1. On the other hand, that single English review is chock full of emojis and formatted in a way that makes me feel like an AI wrote it.

The rest of the reviews are written in Chinese and uniformly positive even though they have occasional quibbles about the difficulty being high or the art style not being ideal, so at a glance either there are sixty fake reviews in Chinese and nobody has made a complaint yet about being scammed somehow, or this is a legitimate game.

Maybe there will be a translation someday. Maybe not. Either way, use your best judgement.

Free until the 22'nd, but the reviews are mixed with accusations of 'mobile slop' and 'asset flipping'. In this case it may be that you get what you pay for.

Scrolling down a little to 'games like this' has me find:

Free to play idle game, very positive reviews, overall less resource intensive on your pc.

That, and it looks like there's a Grave Keeper 2....
They only just announced it that it's being worked on and possibly released in a few months.

Still, the first one is still a decent purchase, especially at $0.00. Got over 50 hours on the thing with 0 DLC's, so even as a base game it's still worth checking out.

Stumbled upon this game on steam today

Has thousands of positive reviews and it's free.

It's a fun little game, I played it a year or two ago and it took me a few runs to 100% the game. It's got a pretty basic deck builder gameplay where you get and upgrade train cars and you can make a few builds/synergies based on what type you use. IIRC the conductor has also some small bonus that kinda influence gameplay.

In all it was about 3 hours of gameplay, for the price of free that's pretty good.

There's a not free sequel in EA that seems interesting but I haven't picked it up yet.

Since we're on the topic of free games here's a few on GOG that are worth a look:

Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius is the first part of a trilogy of game that is free as part of it's kickstarter goals, when I played it years ago it had bugs but was surprisingly willing to tackle some heavy themes sticking to the style of more gritty types of anime space operas.

Endless Sky has a score of 4.4 and is apparently an excellent 2D space exploration game.

In the same vein Tyrian 2000 is a classic vertical shooter that's always been well regarded.

And OpenTTD is a culmination of all the old transport tycoons games and is just excellent. Only it's not free anymore? What the fuck? Oh I see those fuckers Atari re-released the original to vamp on the OpenTTD audience even tough OTTD doesn't use the old assets anymore... It's still available for free on the website tough:
