Geist Underworld has the river which enchanted whoever drinks it's (non refilling) water with unnatural fertility. Yes even dead things. Or Mage necromancers if you want more flexible powers. There was an example of dead junkie girl desperately trying to get into the pants of a passing necromancer just to get out of underworld. Changelings are sorta sterile by default (if still the case in e2) but goblin fruits and contracts help there. With the variety of weird life in the Hedge, you could really go nuts. There are even examples of monstergirl brothel and sex genie (banished fae).
Forsken i am not sure about, but there are the Pure, who tend to take over and rule small human towns from the shadows. So if you want your own hentai town, that is very much possible.
Or, you could go and play as one of the changing breeds - superficial, but OP and can have reason why MC isn't tied to one of the main factions. There were hentai abduction affecionado fishman (with hydrophobia), all sorts of big meaty brawlers of predatory shifters (bears, tigers, moose), harem inclined werebaboons, very nice corn-cult devil-made redneck were-hellhounds.
Beasts just have mobility with Lair primordial pathways being able to open in any adjacent worlds and ability to recognize other supernaturals on sight and near automatic good first impression.
One thing to Also not forget - beasts have the easiest time of all getting to Astral. Which contains all fictional stories and archetypal realms. You could have crossover with any media you want. Most characters do not even realize they are imaginary. Generally only archetypes that are inhumanly intelligent, wise or canny do.
Also no morality stat to consider before abducting someone fancy into your Lair. Be it in astral, physical world or others. Hell, Promethians would pay good money to be allowed to live in Beast head. They crazy-radiation doesn't work there. Some changelings would too. Gentry are really not keen on getting into there even for their lost toys.
The rest i am not familiar much with. But remember God machine manufacturing literal tentacle beasts in Demon book part. Though those were more beasts of war then hentai. Even went into detail how they weren'trrally made to reproduce outside of lab, so went a bit hard even on horses. Or giving details on operation for c-section on pregnant lab escapee - to not spook the tentacle baby. Who could and would just tear itself out if startled.

Though I do not get on the other hand why WoD garou/BsD, ratkin/ajaba and anansi/kumo, or even darker changelings like unsilie satirs, winter fae, or even redcaps and huakai'po are not in more demand.
The garou get that mandate to breed, to a point where being infertile gives you social maluses. While Primal Urge is pretty much installed hypnosis roofies (especially older editions). Which BSDs take to another level with very enthusiastic struggle snuggles (by the way not really a crime when with human even in garou society). BSD just apply it equally to whoever is weaker. W20 even mentions the taking a turn towards more selfish and eldritch goals with princes of the apocalypse faction and spirit archeology.
Kumo/Hatar are pretty much BSDs with less drawbacks (mutations, insanity, inbreeding) and actual secret support of the rest of ananasi. They also like to cosplay with vampires. Kumo specifically have some interesting gifts like Wyrmling Kinship, Snare of Beuty, etc. A lot of potential.
Ratkin, Ajaba and Rokea sorta go together because they are very violent, savage and very much into "breed now" mode. With things like human laws at the bottom of concern list.
Ajaba got decimated and now are in much hurry to recover their numbers. Also scattered around the world. They are in a state where they run with all sorts of allies including BSDs. Read up a bit on hyenas before starting tho. Gonna be fun
Ratkin are prepping for the apocalypse pronto. Human ratkin are also noted to be "breeding irreconcilably" XD which is a funny notion with these guys. As a rat you also can get nearly anywhere. So home invasions are pretty easy.
its worth noting that both of these guys as a species were tasked with killing humans. So its pretty much free game.
Rokea are a thing in itself. After getting nuked they had biological "breeding switch" flipped to recover their numbers and are always horny. Even have exclusive drawback for that. Their only sin is dying, everything else is permitted.

Now for Fae. Satirs have magic drugs built in. You can imagine what unseelie ones are doing with it.
Redcaps just don't much care. I mean... they have rules for eating children alive and only note is to keep it private XD
Huakai'Po just have their blessing birthright. Amusingly meaning you can seduce anyone, no matter their preferences or social barriers. not even rape, you just roll to seduce and succeed, cuz Dark Gods (fomorians) will it.
i am sure i missed a few. Like those were cockroahces that simply breed true so one of them getting out is actually a potential KX end of the world scenario
the medieval vampires have demonic pacts to have children and Dark Ages fae just casually mentions "human stables".
