Produced probably not, for sale? Yes, just like the mc sold a Aethersprite he found, and bought clone war era ships for his system.

There was also a pirate in the new republic era who obtained a munificent if I recall correctly, and later the ship was used to find other intact CIS vessals drifting around in space. Which might be a good use and reason for the MC's acquisition of CIS ships too.

So I was looking through some of EC Henry's stuff on YouTube for some potential vessels the MC could acquire as an alternative to the typical TIE/ln Fighter

• Incom T-51 Interceptor: Likely harder to find but probably well suited as Militia craft, give it a Imperial Gray paint scheme and covered in Imperial marking for safe measures
• Nimbus II Interceptor: I imagine the Empire likely has a stockpile of these that got displaced by the TIE series
• Cantwell Star Destroyer: Perhaps if the Vindicator Class could not be acquired, than perhaps the Incursor Class Cruiser could be utilized instead if the MC can't get his hands on the other cruiser
• Imperial Nebulon B: Perhaps the MC could order some of these vessels, while likely not in active production the design would be on the books and an order of squadron of these could likely be pumped out in short order.

After this, maybe see about finding any Dreadnought's laying around and possibly see about coming up with a imperial and domestic Mindas Assault Frigate

Chp. 16. To be honest the little space stations you were talking about with your blastboats, is kinda what i would have thought a system security would need.

The space station with giant shielded landing area for both fighters and gun ships. Which do sound like your blast boats. I am not a really sure how capable blast boats are. However for area denial smaller u its that can attack and converge is what you want. With a strong shield to hide behind.

you could also go for inner system defense ships no hyper drive. more shield generator more tradtional armor. The traditional guardian or monitor class close defence ships. Parasite fighters it can fire at pirates. Gun boats sound more like coast guard frigates. Which are actually pretty useful cheaper than most ships. Thin skinned admittedly. You dont have to go with a thin skinned frigate thst normally a cost cutting measure.

I wonder if it's possible for the Mc to get imperial droids instead of Cis ones, as wouldn't a Moff like combat data or crew data Mc could leverage that into gaining some droids that could then be used for boarding or anti boarding methods, also Droids in general are controlled by a droid brain so could the mc make a sort of command and control on his planet that would see mentions of pirates and allow for rapid response or allow general control of space defence platforms, as in star wars wouldn't it be cheap to deploy something at a jump point that scans your ship ID and can then be catalogued for identification with the Mc having railguns couldn't he make a halo ODP those massive stations that fire a mac round every minute and a half and are very long range which could be aimed with help from basically a primitive super computer.
P.S I'm new to writing and have been a ghoster till now just thought about how to make a new point of view hopefully people will see the good parts and improve upon them.

It interesting the amount of people saying just use cis equipment and expecting the clones 8n his system to just be ok with it, like hey you spent three years fighting and dying against these things so just shut and take it.

There is also the problem the Empire banned battle driods and the few cases we see the Empire use them is by someone high up like an admiral or moff or it's an Imperial design.

Like if the mc asked for Imperial droids thay wouldn't raise any eyebrows, but if he starts gathering Separatists equipment, may rise red flags as Separatists holdouts are still running around.

I know he turned into a radical rebel (Saw's right hand) in canon,

but perhaps Lux Bonteri's daughter felt a little more sympathetic to her grandparents Sep cause; and we get a visit from a lovely young lady from Onderon interested in setting up some droid factories...

Potential Sep waifu for the thread to simp after; while they speculate if she's ahsokas human looking daughter (like twileks habit of making green haired babies); meanwhile Las is too busy being oblivious of her seduction attempts to notice.

I love c.is. droids amd ships, but it's not very feasible to get/use them in bulk at this time. Once our guy gets some political freedom we can see them.

At this point we know the force is manipulating events to ensure the rubber balls are hitting people when they are monologuing or thinking deeply... I mean how did a rubber ball find its way onto the floor of an imperial admirals star destroyer, right in the spot nessesary for him to kick it...
The force must be picking up some bad habits from Las's family... or did his family pick it up from the force... a question to ponder this is

Personally I just thought that he was a species like Ikrit from the EU, where he looks like a housepet but is actually a fully sapient being pretending to be a pet to hide from the empire... perhaps even a hidden jedi? Completing the will of the force by making Las's rubber balls move off course and hit him in comedicly timed moments.

If she knew what the Executor is, you need to start panicking cause last time I checked that ship was TOP SECRET. And the only way she could know was that she was connected directly to Palpy or Vader.

Now, I just had to choose what other ships would fit into this anti-pirate flotilla. The system defense fleet would have to stay behind, it was already stretched thin dealing with the myriad of pirate attacks, so I would need a versatile flotilla that could center around a Gladiator, but also not get Imperial High Command on my ass for buying a shit ton of capital ships and the like.

They were concentrated in the southwestern and western portions of the sector, and therefore could be mostly ignored for now. He had the fleet occasionally destroy some pirates to keep up the illusion that he was doing anything, but really he was just waiting. Biding his time.

Las just getting an excuse to build a bigger and bigger home fleet for Minda. If admiral Watsi keeps neglecting the western portions of his assigned space, Las might have to order his fleet to conduct patrols instead. At the very least to get some preemptive warning for when the next raid will hit.

Aid might have to be distributed to these Imperial worlds to help them rebuild from raids as well. They are letting Las use their space and giving him intel after all. Not like the Moff is going to do anything for these worlds. Might even get some lucrative trade deals out of it.

Cut forward a bit and an Imperial inspection finds Las doing basically a Moff's duties for his small section of space without the titles and prestige.

Hell, the only reason some of these star systems were still bothering to pay taxes was because Geral still had control of the fleet. It was proof that Tarry did not deserve his position.

Wait some of these star systems pay their taxes? Not all of them? Leadership in this sector is so incompetent that there are systems not paying taxes?

Force there is going to be an audit sent to this sector once the bean counters catch wind of this. Imperial tax auditors tend to have a license to kill, especially if they carry a lightsaber.

Paying taxes is the main thing the Empire expects you to do and not paying them is the main way to catch their ire. They generally leave unimportant worlds alone unless a Sith needs a Dark Side hit or an Imperial officer needs a Warcrime hit.

At least Las will have his paperwork in order, in triplicate, and have a record of consistently reporting income and paying taxes on time. This is despite the Sector Fleet never paying a visit and even refusing to when requested. That might get him a promotion just for that.

Something that concerns me is that Wastu is going to notice these new ships entering the sector as even though technically there for Minda defense force, the way the system is set up that the sector moff is in overall command of all defense forces in the sector, though considering Terry is an incompetent drunk I assume Watsu was doing that role before he decided to start playing political games and may have the authority to issue orders to all Imperial personnel in the sector including Geer and Grant as they are both Imperial officers, so it's possible any big ships that Minda gets may start getting orders from Watsu

Circling around to an (almost) beaten to death topic, I'm hoping that either in this or the next arc that the rebels get discovered and something happens with them.
I know that there mostly a minor thing right now, but they feel like a sword of damocles for the governor/mc.

Im honestly hoping that when the rebels call Darna Sabrir for another "favor" (and they will, and they will these types of groups don't/won't stop unless forced), she turns then in. Or they accidentally bring other rebels to the system and ruin there gig.

(Again) The only reason I'm bringing it up is that having rebels run any part of your systems infrastructure (no matter how small) is a death sentence of it gets out. It also makes it easier for them to create moles and spies in the local government.

He could be a dick and demand that no imperial navy personal can crew them, but I think that's as far as his reach could go without causing a political shitshow he might not survive.

Plus the admiral can't be that blatent about trying to let the pirate problem fester. It would end his career if it got out that he stopped systems from protecting themselves because he wasn't doing his job. And there's the added humiliation of his own system governors don't trust him to do his job, and they have to do it for him.

@Yacov yes. As soon as the imperial inspectors notice, Las will get a promotion. And the old moff and admiral will get a vacation in local labor camps (if they're lucky). But the positive thing is that the population in the sector will be much better off afterwards. Do we actually know how many worlds the sector has?

Eh it depends if Watsu can get the moff's seal of approval there isn't that mc can do to stop it, as that is how the system is set up, the mc has full control of the system but the alcoholic moff has full control over the entire sector including Minda.

I'll concede that the admiral could do that, but I don't think he will. That would require him being smarter (for lack of a better term for now,) than we've been shown.

The moff and admiral are both high enough up in rank that i don't think any blame shifting could happen. Both there heads would be at risk.

If a pirate lord is able to (hypothetically) take control of several inhabited systems (or even one), it would result in the admiral at best (with lots of corruption) being demoted/fired and at worst killed. It's the admirals job to manage sector security.
The moff would be in similar trouble, but because he was lying about the actual state of the sector, and also letting a pirate lord run amok.

Edit: There's also the fact that the empire is almost purpose built to let Imperials rat each other out. There's probably some way for him to report his bosses to one of the many intelligence agencies in the empire.

Plus there's the nuclear option of calling his sisters.
