Out of curiosity. How similar is the first 2 chapters of the rewrite is to the original?

Without spoilers it's very different such it happens during the invasion, and Mei is with Lelouch, Suzaku and Nunnally as they try to survive the war.

And how and why Elysia and others are freed is also different, but among the Flame Chasers are the Chrysos Heirs, Kallen Kaslana, and a few others, but Salome Jokanaan and her friend especially Shub-Niggurath were the reason that led to events of the story as a certain party wanted the latter out of Natheniel's hands.

1: Raiden Mei

2: Elysia

3: Eden

4: Kiana Kaslana

5: Wendy

6: Bronya Zaychik

7: Firefly

8: Fu Hua

9: Ana Schariac

10: Castorice

11: Aglaea

12: Tribios

13: Milly Ashford

14: Cerydra

15: Hysilens
1: Mei Raiden: I think her being the first choice makes alot of sense considering the mixed universe. Zero relied heavily on Kyoto Six Houses during season 1and ME Corp will definitely play an important role during and after Britannia's occupation in Japan

2: Elysia: Hmm. Considering this is Post her death Elysia... I know you avoid the Zero Requiem plot in your stories but it's an interesting parallel if Canon carried on as normal

3: Eden: This one might be interesting to play around with. Depending on how violent Lelouch is with his revolution tbh. I get that he's usually more heroic leaning in your fics so the ideological tensions might not manifest

4: Kiana: Lelouch might be annoyed to deal with her early on but tbf it took a while for Lelouch to become friends with Suzaku. It's an obligation for Lelouch to deal with stubborn muscle heads umu

5: Wendy: Dewit. Just do it lol. Lelouch had alot of experience with Wheelchair girls. He got the touch frfr.

6: Bronya Z: Could be his Rolo ngl. I heard she was SAed as a kid so... not sure if that's real or not but if it is that's also an interesting arc to explore

7: Firefly: Think this one is very fun to explore. Especially if Lelouch gets his Zero Ironman suit based on the one from Nightmare of Nunnally lol. Mechs are cool and seeing her fight Knightmares gotta happen umu. Lelouch taking care of her after learning about her disease sounds very wholesome.

8: Fu Hua: I guess Lelouch dealing with an immortal detached teenage looking girl can't be helped lol. Gym teacher from hell umu

9: Ana Schariac: This one is gonna take some work for my boi. PTSD is a bitch to deal with. How the Owl sister situation happened is gonna determine heavily on how her arc is gonna go

10: Castorice: Lelouch and the Lonely girl umu. It's rizz for days

11: Aglaea: Her vs Zero when? This one probably gonna have a fight or conflict first I think?

12: Tribios: Hmm. Can she see the Zero Requiem timeline. Would be interesting to play around with

13: Milly Ashford: A rare choice indeed. One that I'm glad is getting explored ngl

14: Cerydra: Yes. Dewitt. Chess standoffs. Lelouch is a pretty tall dude so it's gonna be hilarious seeing her looking up

15: Hysilens: More Lonely Sad girls for my boi

So I've done one final poll at the top of the page to discuss and bring up for debate the last thing I have some concerns about, like how large the polycule should be?

My concern is that Lelouch aside, how many of the characters and who wouldn't mind joining and how large could I go.

Aside from Lelouch this harem will be just as much of being Mei, Kiana, and Elysia's harem as much as its Lelouch's.

Still I just worry once it grows to a certain size I am skeptical more would be open about joining, while I do think I could handle it, but it would take for it to form and grow.

And belated happy holidays everyone.

Memes aside, I think 6-7 is usually the best option tbh. The number itself could go higher but like you said, it depends on the girls too. Obviously people they're friends with has a better chance of being accepted in said harem

Yeah which is why I am skeptical on a big harem being impossible, even if I could do it, I worry that if at a certain size other girls would not be interested in it, some acceptions aside of course. But somehow I had almost expected more votes through.

I might do six, maybe seven depending on how things play out, but no more than that depending. Unless anyone wants to say anything.

So far the harem will likely be Raiden Mei, Elysia, Eden and maybe Kiana, but I have some concerns about her through.

I also made another post on Space Battles I am trying to get an opinion on to ease some of my worries about the politics of the combined world I made.

The politics post I made for the Honkai story is here.

I just need to know if what I got in mind so far is fine, or are there some things I need to re-tool a bit?

And Happy New Year guys.

So I've having chats with folks on SpaceBattles, which partly an effort to work out any possible integration of the two series, like how would introducing the Anti-Honkai organization could have an impact on Code Geass and especially their politics and etc.

While I got enough to iron out any possible issues, other topics of discussion came up.

One of them, and this is another concern was the issue of the villain OC Nathaniel.

Most are suggesting I drop the OC villain, Nathaniel altogether, but does create a few issues.

One it wouldn't be possible for me to make Lelouch a Herrscher, although I have be something done as part of an experiment by Geass Order and rouge members of Anti-Entropy, driven by "disappointment" among those in the highest posts of power in Britannia over Anti-Entropy's poor performance in the conflict with Sirin.

But it wouldn't allow me to bring in the Flame Chasers and especially Elysia, which her and Lelouch as a couple was one of the selling points of the story.

Yet I do acknowledge I've gained a lot of good ideas for Lelouch and Raiden Mei as a pair and I don't mind doing both.

However despite these calls to drop Lelouch being a Herrscher and involving the Flame Chasers, I refuse to do either, and I had made my position clear that it was something I wanted to do and they ignored it, not understanding that if I am not inspired or interested in an idea I will not write it.

Especially since I've made two chapters of the reboot so far already.

As for Nathaniel I might do what I did with Simon, and keep him in the background, known based on those who knew him while they search for him, and won't appear until near the end of the story.

But I am open on suggestions on how to fix him, so his appearance won't be so left field and I can use him, to keep canon the same in spirit, but open the door to other changes in the story, enough so no one can be completely sure what will happen next.

Gonna be real interesting to see Anti-Entropy in Code Geass. Britannia is different compared to America just to put it lightly

Indeed, its a serious case of the teeth-clenching teamwork trope, neither side like each other to put it lightly, but their technology and the fact they got a Herrscher as a leader is the only reason they are allowed in Britannia. Although their lack of a better performance when compared to Otto and his group during the conflict with Sirin, hasn't helped relations between Anti-Entropy and Britannia.

Also I am glad to see some more votes for the poll, but right now the six count option is winning still.

So while likes are fine I had been hoping more for feedback, so since I've clearly been wasting my time seeking meaningful feedback and solutions I'll no longer post on her or Spacebattles since I am wasting my time, focused on writing my stories more.

Also beyond some mentions HSR characters won't be involved in the story.

Ah sorry man I've been

busy getting ready for school man. I am so sorry you felt that way. Would consider a pure HSR cross later down the line though?

Understandable, and it wasn't that I was unwilling to make changes to my story, I knew people had issues with the OC and I was willing to remove him from the story, but when it left me unable to do what I wanted with the story and not what I was inspired to write then that is when issues arose.

And since introducing the HSR characters I planned would require use of the OC that would create further headaches and misconceptions that might be more trouble than it's worth.

Hm maybe taking him out of Honkai Impact 3rd. You could easily transport him elsewhere. I myself have been working on an HSR/Code geass Crossover only it involves a relatively minor Borisin pack abducting Lelouch Nunally and Suzaku during the Japanese invasion. The Borisin pack were basically refuse from the third abundance war who leaned more into the Biological sciences and collaborated heavily with the Rhinohound pack.

I was under the impression that the OC was integral to the plot of the story based on the original fic. I didn't think that removing him was on the table

I haven't seen too much of Nathaniel to feel strongly that removing him from the story would have been a net positive.

HSR is such a fun and big setting that removing it seems like a big cap at the potential of the story.

Generally. Manipulative characters are pretty unpopular unless you're like Makima or something but I don't think removing him would be a good idea. Code Geass has elements of long term manipulator characters so I don't think Nathaniel is too off the mark

I am still going to do the Honkai Impact and Code Geass crossover, especially since I got a few chapters made so far, but that could work as a story idea for you, but either I'll do a stand-alone crossover at some point when inspiration strikes or I could attempt to use it for my KH crossover, although that could be difficult due to the sheer amount of lore and power scaling I would need to address.

He is, but people have had issue with him with some believing I've made him impossible to kill, which is not my intention. The idea was to make him dangerous enough, but meant to be killed at the end through and discourage any of the Anti-Honkai organzations from going at one another, like say for example if Anti-Entropy went after Nathaniel, then Otto could wait until both were weakened to take them both out as an example.

I haven't seen too much of Nathaniel to feel strongly that removing him from the story would have been a net positive.

No and he is needed if I want to have Lelouch as a Herrscher, and reviving the Flame Chasers, but giving the OC too many powers or accomplishments would turn off potential readers to the story. However me and one of the folks on my discord server have worked out a fair compromise to make it work.

True, but featuring and any of the characters will be problematic and I am trying to avoid character bloat, however to involve Amphoreus characters would only be possible if Natheniel met and learned from Lygus, but creating a believable situation with that could be problematic, and that would be a lot of characters to involve. The only other characters I could involve would be from Xianzhou Alliance, with one or two could've been kidnapped for experiments after they poked their noses into his underworld dealings or something along those lines. But Lelouch able to travel to some of those worlds could be too far out left field through, which you guys can see the problem.

Edit: Now I could go into greater detail, but only if folks are interested in them.
