Seriously though, mix and match as you want up there, but it's all the same in the end. I did not expect QQ to be what it was, and well I've enjoyed my time here so far. Made an account initially to get into the NSFW portions of the forum, -but didn't most?- and the first time I heard of QQ was actually in a fanfiction.net forum community. Weird, right?

I wrote a little for fanfiction.net earlier, moved to space battles, stuck around creative writing and their quest section, from there moved to sufficient velocity because it was similar, and I was seeking more content, and after awhile having seen QQ mentioned a few times on both sites got me interested. That and a story I was following mentioned making a thread over here for porn so with all the motivation I needed, my big boy panties and a safety torch, I was ready to brave the depths of QQ.

I was not expecting the community to be as awesome as it was though. Mildly surprised.

I'm a sucker for time-travel stories, and I get invested way too easily in stories.

Figured I'd been lurking enough that it was high time I get off my ass and contribute something.

Hello, don't quite know what I'm doing yet but I'm getting there.

 

I'm writing a story but I have no idea how to post it once it's done.

 

Do any of us?

Firstly you figure out which forum it belongs in: If lewd, NSFW.
Then you look for the Post New Thread button. in UI.X Dark it's above the index, on the right.
Then you name the thread in the box it asks for a title in, and put the story in the text entry area. Copy/Paste works if you're writing it somewhere else. Be sure to check a preview, but you can edit errors out later so you don't need to worry about missing something.

If the story fits within a fandom we have a thread for, then you can skip the thread creation and post it in there. It's polite to put a spoiler over stories in those threads, but not obligatory.
