    So, irccloud and other bounces and shell account providers have all been banned in favor of Freenode's official bounce, which is a rather aggressive move.

    All the regulars have moved onto ircs://irc.libera.chat:6697/questionablequesting so it might be an idea to update the banner's link. Their connection guide can be found here.

    An issue for alethiophile attention down the line. QQbot does not replay to pm's anymore. Possibly due to not being registered on libera's server?
