Compared to some umamusume outfits, I think this one's pretty sensible and logical far what you might find in a racing environment.

Going off the postman theme Wrandm had laid out... Originally the idea was just to give her a puffy Union Line jacket over top a crop-top and skirt, but I get the feeling that Steady is too fashionable to settle for that. Also the navy blue and electric yellow combo is going to take some justifying from her end when Shiro eventually asks about it.

"This color combination is... by your own admission, quite garish."

"Er.. Well you see... Err... It's what my jockey wore!"
