A way i seen in a fic before its after Yang trashed Junior bar in the trailer and its jaune stumble on the scene looking for jaune to forge him papers but he stumbled on a broken safe and looking inside he find forged papers he just needs to sign his name.

Turns out it they were made for Cinder and Co with the plan.was they were going to sneak into and join beacon but since Jaune took them.they had no choice but to come in as Haven students

I have an idea, Katy: Jaune didn't break up with Katy because of his dream; he broke up with her because she was obsessed with him. He went to Beacon to escape her, but she won't let him get away—so once she finds out where he is, she kidnaps him and gives him good reasons to get back together with her. It's an idea for Halloween.
 
It really gave me a great burst of inspiration for several stories, but I want to take a nap, so this will be the last one. Jaune Arc, before arriving at Beacon, was a famous musical idol—kind of like Hannah Montana; he wore a disguise at concerts to hide his identity and keep his daily family life undisturbed. However, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a Huntsman; he had only been a singer to raise the money and make the connections needed to attend a Huntsman academy. Now he's training to be a Huntsman, but the problem is that all the girls and faculty at Beacon are his fans, so he has to do whatever it takes to keep his secret safe. Another idea I had was that, instead of going to Beacon, Salem—who is a fan of his music—has him kidnapped to perform private concerts for her and her henchmen. If anyone decides to do something with this idea...

A while back, I mentioned that Jaune might be an allusion to King Arthur, but upon reviewing a few things, I noticed that Jaune could also be a combination of other knights: Lancelot and Galahad.

Which of the two fits Jaune better?

The funny thing is that Jaune was conceived as a pseudo-self-insert for the viewer (according to one of the *RWBY* writers).

Jaune isn't powerful like Lancelot or Galahad, but he's still a self-insert.

In any case, Percival fits too.

That's why I had to put an OP suffix in front of the self insert. He works well as Perceval and I like it even more because if you consider Galahad as the one who finds the Holy Grail, Perceval is still their the entire leg of the journey watching.

So Jaune can fulfill that too here in RWBY. That he was there the entire time, helping, supporting even if the final confrontation is by Galahad/Ruby.

At some point as a Writer of any level of skill you realize that the Character has outgrown whatever you thought or planned for them.

And I think same is with Jaune. He might have started similar to his creator's younger self but he has grown into his own self.

I don't know why, but it gave me an idea for a possible story: Jaune is searching for his family (maybe Katy and his daughter are out there somewhere and he doesn't know where), and—knowing he's weak—he decides to go to Beacon to train. He hopes to become strong enough that nothing can stop him from finding them. Along the way, other things happen (like falling in love again, making friends, etc.). What do you think?
